Potrebno vam je samo nekoliko sastojaka:
- 150 g MAMA’S salse od pečene paprike
- grčki jogurt
- 1 patlidžan
- malo maslinovog ulja
- so
Patlidžan narežite na kolutove i premažite maslinovim uljem. Pecite u rerni zagrejanoj na 200°C dok ne omekšaju i ne porumene. Na tanjir rasporedite sloj grčkog jogurta, pa dodajte kašičicu MAMA’S salse, a zatim i kriške pečenog patlidžana. Ponavljajte slojeve dok se ne iskoriste svi sastojci. Prelijte maslinovim uljem i poslužite toplo. Uživajte!
